Bugger.  I love friday night trips to the Capital with my best friend and our girl, but we really can’t justify the expense of a draft is it’s A. core set, and B. with 9-year-olds. 

You ever played Magic with 9-year-olds?  It’s quite the crapshoot.  Sometimes you get people like The Baron (seriously, this guy signed up as Baron Von Wolfenstein), and sometimes you get people like the asshole I’ve played twice, who can’t pay attention to his own game, or keep track of his own life/poison totals.  Drafting with them would be…interesting.
